I can’t say enough about the incredible service and beautiful work. I needed six arrangements on short notice for a family funeral, and they went above and beyond. From the first call, the team was warm, compassionate, and attentive to every detail.

I went last minute to her new shop in Redwood City and she crafted a gorgeous arrangement for my mother. She had a lot of options to choose from and we let her do her thing. My mom was very impressed!

The flowers were beautiful and she wrote the message by hand, definitely a nice touch.
My advice to the clients who buy online is to explain properly how the property looks like.

Yesterday was my grandma's birthday. I had intentions to send her flowers all week. After one of the busiest days in my office in a while, I called Cindy's flowers at 515pm knowing that I would likely be sending flowers a day late. Cindy's florist, also known as Menlo has been around for a very long time. I have always had the most beautiful arrangements from them. The fact that they have 2 names is simply to get more business on the internet. Many businesses do this. I do not understand the one star reviews. They seem cruel and unduly long. Cindy is so kind. She will do anything to make her customers happy. Thank you Cindy for your wonderful arrangements and superb service for many years.

Delivery man contacted me when he couldn’t find the incorrect address given and followed my directions until we found the correct address. Elderly recipient didn’t answer the door so we asked him to take pictures before he left. He took detailed pictures and they were beautiful arrangements! Total of 4 pictures.

Cindy's Menlo Florist is a delight. We have used her for corporate functions and been very impressed with her delivery and flower presentation. She is always on time and her flowers are the highest quality. Thank-you Cindy for the Valentine's arrangements. They are the gorgeous.

I am out of town and placed an online order the day before for next day delivery to my aunt in town and order was delivered on time! Owner was communicative when I had a question on order. Item doesn't look exactly like the picture on website, but I know that can happen with supply issues. Sometimes not all parts are available. But what my aunt received is beautiful and she loved it! I'm very happy with purchase.

I placed the order and called them to let them know if they could be delivered asap. Excellent! Cindy’s Fresh Flowers store on-line experience via phone was amazing! The best of the best. Very transparent, she responds and not only that ; is accountable and trust worthy.
